TTEC’s unique and patented process requires no binder. During the Brittle Particle Cold Spray process the magnetic material particles adhere to themselves and to the surface forming a nearly 100% dense, pure magnetic material deposit.

Neodymium Iron Boride and Ferrite Magnetic Materials have been demonstrated.
